We're building something meaningful. If you work in technology, trade, or business consulting and you want to do it at a continental scale, we'd like to hear from you.
Kilima KTTC is still building. That means the people who join now will have real influence over how the business develops, how we work with clients, and how we show up across the continent. It also means we’re selective. We’d rather wait for the right person than move fast and manage the consequences.
We’re not looking for someone who fits a rigid job description. We’re looking for people who understand the African business environment, take ownership of their work, and can engage confidently with clients ranging from small businesses to government departments.
You understand that Africa is not one market. You think in terms of country-specific context, regulatory differences, and the real commercial landscape on the ground.
You can hold a conversation with a business owner, a government procurement officer, and a technical lead. You adapt how you communicate without changing what you're actually saying.
When something's not working, you say so early and come with a suggestion. You don't wait to be managed into action.
We don’t always have open positions listed, but we’re always open to hearing from strong candidates. If you have a background in technology distribution, consulting, trade advisory, or business development across African markets, send us your CV and a short note about what you’re looking for.
We review every submission. If there’s no current fit, we hold profiles on file and reach out when something changes.
No open role that fits? That’s fine. Tell us who you are, what you do, and what kind of work you’re looking for. Use the contact form and mention that you’re reaching out about careers. We’ll take it from there.
